 Welcome,

There is a Buddhist saying: When the mind is full no room is empty.  Quiet Touch Massage is about allowing the body and mind to rediscover ease.  In my quiet yoga sanctuary, each massage is an intuitive, integrative flow of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Ayurvedic principles to restore ease in the body and mind.  I draw from many years of experience and a wide range of modalities to create a treatment uniquely suited to you.   I offer not only massage, but also Ayurvedic Facials, Hot Stone Massage, and many healing Ayurvedic treatments such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Nasya, and Swedana.  People come to Quiet Touch Massage to address physical aches and pains, let go of mental stress, or simply treat themselves to a nurturing and relaxing massage.  Some are yoga and meditation practitioners looking to ease sore, tired muscles from a hatha yoga or sitting practice while settling into sublime stillness.   I first fell in love with the healing arts and Ayurvedic Massage as a resident of Shoshoni Yoga Retreat.  There I would watch how, time and time again, the simplest touch could melt away layers of tension.  People would come away nurtured, buoyant, feeling restored and beautiful from the inside out.  Since that time I have been practicing as a massage therapist in Boulder.  My passion and my goal is to nourish people through conscious touch.  I think of my practice of bodywork as an art, and I love to create and refine treatment options, changing them from season to season, offering Warming Winter facials through the dry and windy Colorado winter, and cooling Summer facials through the summer months.  These facials feature ingredients blended from scratch, organic fruits and vegetables chosen and blended for you individually.  I love to fine tune the tiniest details of each treatment, from a lavendar eye pillow coaxing the eyes into stillness, to a mist of sandalwood and lemongrass over the face, to a warm heat pillow on the belly.  Seasoned and dedicated in my own personal practice of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda,  I bring a quiet, meditative quality to my work.  I believe that massage therapy, done from the heart with conscious touch, is a powerful part of healing and Self-discovery.   Everyone deserves massage.
